Position Title: Field Superintendent/Lead Glazier
Status: Full Time
All applicants must have the following:
High school diploma/equivalent
Authorization to work in U.S.
Valid Driver's License
Insurable by company standards
Reliable transportation to and from work; company vehicles provided for transportation to and from job sites
Pass criminal background check and drug screening
Required Experience:
Successful fabrication and installation experience with storefront, curtain walls, entrances, and hardware
Experience in construction estimating and bidding
Skills & Qualifications:
Applicants should be highly articulate, have clear and analytical approach to problem solving, and strong decision making abilities
A desire to learn and grow with the company
Expectations:
Will be responsible for turning projects over with a complete estimate and clear scope of work
Work with clients to develop clear understanding of project scope during preparation of estimate
Maintain positive and productive relationships with customers, other contractors, suppliers, and teammates
